Guests Arrive

Doors open and guests are welcome to arrive at South River Farms. We’ll have someone to greet you and help you find your way.

Cell service near the river can be spotty — we recommend downloading your directions offline before you head out.

2:45 PM

Guests Seated

Please take your seats by 2:45 PM so we can begin the ceremony on time. Ushers will be available to help you find a spot.

The Ceremony

Join us for an outdoor riverside ceremony as we exchange our vows along the Shenandoah River. This is the moment we’ve been waiting for!

The ceremony is expected to last approximately 30 minutes.

Yard Games, Hors d’Oeuvres & Drinks

Celebrate with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and some friendly lawn game competition while the wedding party takes photos.

Cornhole, giant Jenga, and more — may the best team win.

Guests Seated in the Tent

Make your way to the reception tent and find your seat. The wedding party will be joining you shortly for the grand entrance.

Grand Entrance

The wedding party and newlyweds make their grand entrance into the reception — get on your feet and get ready to celebrate!

Speeches & Dinner

Enjoy a delicious dinner while the people we love most share their words, stories, and well-wishes.

Toasts from the wedding party and family will be given throughout dinner service.

6:30 PM

First Dance & Father Daughter Dance

Sara and Ben share their first dance as a married couple, followed by the father daughter dance, after which the dance floor is officially open (and questionable dance moves are highly encouraged).

Cake Cutting

Time for the sweetest moment of the evening — cake cutting followed by dessert for all guests. Then the dance floor officially opens!

Grand Send-Off

Help us end the night on a high note with a celebratory send-off as Sara and Ben head off to begin their happily ever after.
