The wedding is on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at South River Farms, 2310 Rivermont Dr, Front Royal, VA 22630. The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM — please plan to arrive by 2:45 PM so we can start on time.

The ceremony kicks off at 3:00 PM, followed by a cocktail hour with yard games, then dinner with speeches, cake cutting, and dancing that goes until 10:00 PM. Check out our full Schedule page for all the details.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at South River Farms.

South River Farms is at 2310 Rivermont Dr, Front Royal, VA 22630, approximately 1.5 hours from Washington D.C. Free parking is available on-site.

Important: Cell service near the river can be spotty. We strongly recommend downloading your directions offline before you leave, or grabbing a screenshot of the route.

Taxi service (Front royal taxi) Planning to enjoy a few drinks? While rideshare services may operate in Front Royal, availability can be unpredictable. We recommend arranging transportation with a local taxi service or a designated driver if you won’t be driving to and from the venue.

Head to our RSVP page and fill out the form. You’ll need the confirmation number from your invitation to submit — this helps us keep track of who’s coming and manage the guest list.

The dress code is Elegant Garden Party. Think dressy but not black tie — a cocktail dress, sundress, suit, or slacks and a blazer all work great.

Keep in mind both the ceremony and reception are outdoors on grass. We highly recommend wedges, block heels, or flats for ladies — stilettos and the lawn are not the best of friends.

September in the Shenandoah Valley is typically beautiful — expect highs of 75–82°F during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Evenings can cool to 55–65°F, so bring a light layer for later in the night.

Sunscreen is recommended for the outdoor ceremony, and bug spray is a smart call given the riverside location.

Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors at South River Farms. Please come prepared for the elements — sunglasses, a light wrap for the evening, and comfortable footwear for the grass are all good ideas.

We have a backup plan in place for adverse weather — the celebration will still take place at South River Farms, just under alternate arrangements on-site. You won’t need to go anywhere different. We’ll send any updates via email if plans need to change, so make sure your contact info is correct on your RSVP.

We kindly ask that you put phones and cameras away during the ceremony so you can be fully present — and so our photographer can capture those moments without devices in the frame. We’ll have plenty of opportunities for photos during cocktail hour and the reception!

All our professional photos will be shared in the Photo Gallery after the wedding.

Yes! We have exclusive access to the entire campground at South River Farms on the night of September 12th. Guests are welcome to stay on-site after the festivities.

The campground offers RV sites, tent campsites, and a limited number of yurts (first-come, first-served). Visit our Lodging page to claim yours.

Yes! If you’d like to arrive on September 11th, campsites can be reserved directly through South River Farms, subject to availability. Contact them at (540) 551-0487 or visit southriverfarmllc.com.

No problem at all! We’re reserving a block of hotel rooms at nearby hotels for guests who prefer traditional accommodations. Hotel details, booking links, and group rates will be posted on our Lodging page as soon as they’re available.

Head to our Lodging page, pick the site you’d like, and submit your request. You’ll need your RSVP confirmation number to reserve. Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis so don’t wait too long!

Absolutely! Cocktail hour will include hors d’oeuvres and an open bar. Dinner will be served during the reception, followed by cake cutting and dessert. The bar will remain open through the dancing portion of the evening.

Yes! Please make sure you note any dietary restrictions or allergies in the Dietary Restrictions field on your RSVP form so we can make sure you’re taken care of. If you have severe allergies, please also reach out directly at bs@thebswedding.com.

Yes — we’ll have a full open bar throughout cocktail hour and the reception. Please drink responsibly, arrange a safe ride home if needed, or take advantage of our on-site camping to stay the night.

We’re registered on Amazon! Visit our Registry page for the direct link. Items are automatically removed when purchased so there’s no risk of duplicates.
